By using the HLFPPT Ambulance Tracking ("App"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Purpose

This App is designed for supervisors managing emergency medical response units along national highways in India. It is not for public or commercial use.

2. User Responsibilities

• Only authorised personnel may access and operate the App.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered, including staff and vehicle attendance.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:

• Entering false or misleading data.
• Attempting to breach security protocols.
• Using the App for non-emergency purposes.

4. Data Accuracy

We strive to ensure all data is accurate but make no warranties regarding completeness or reliability.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use, errors, or service interruptions.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
